Honey Chicken Drumstick Curry Rice
1.
First cut the chicken legs into pieces, blanch them with boiling water, take the fishy blood, remove the water to control it dry
2.
Add a little oil to the pot, add honey, and keep stirring until the honey bubbles turn yellow, pour in the chicken thighs and stir-fry until they are completely colored, add boiling water, add a small piece of curry, and add potatoes. The water should be overwhelmed, simmer for 15 minutes on a low fire, adjust according to taste, then add the washed rice, or simmer on a low fire for 30 minutes
3.
I added a third of the curry, it tastes just right
4.
Simmer until the meat and rice are cooked, add onions and green peppers and stir fry, and then simmer for 5 minutes to get out of the pan. Be sure to choose a non-stick pan (in fact, the pressure cooker makes it easier)
5.
It’s so delicious. The light sweetness contains curry and the glutinous rice fragrant. It’s great 😍😍😍 There are children who can act🤓
