Roasted Sea Rainbow with Egg Yolk

Prepare the ingredients needed to bake the sea rainbow with egg yolks.

Put Haihong in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, rinse after opening, and cut off debris.

Tips:
Put the fresh sea rainbow into boiling water and boil it for about 1 minute to easily open the mouth, which is much easier than using a sharp knife to open it directly. There is a pinch of grass-like impurities in Haihong meat, which cannot be eaten and needs to be cut off.
