Mushroom Seafood Soup

Wash the mushrooms, divide into small flowers, set aside

Wash the leeks and cut into sections. Haihong is cooked, remove the meat and set aside. Cut green onions into small pieces.

Raise the frying pan, add the chopped green onion and sauté

Add mushrooms and fry for a while,

Add some water or cook the original soup of Haihong.

Bring to a boil and add Haihong. Beat the eggs, pour them into the pot, add salt to taste

Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat.

Change to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, then add sesame oil and leek segments.
Tips:
I usually add half of the water used to boil Haihong and half of the water, so that the soup is very fresh.
