Roasted Seaweed Meatballs with Winter Melon

①Materials: winter melon, not too much, enough for one meal; buy winter melon, peel and throw away the seeds in the middle, slice with a knife, preferably thinner, and put it in a large bowl. ②There are kelp shreds in large supermarkets. Rinse them with water 2~3 times and put them in a large bowl. ③The meatballs are best to buy right now, just after washing!

Turn on the gas, turn on the fire, preheat the pot for 1~2 minutes, pour the oil, put the seaweed shreds, and stir-fry a few times

Pour the winter melon slices into the pot and fry for a dozen times.

Pour in the meatballs, sprinkle the salt evenly, stir fry a dozen

Pour some water (preferably over the vegetable), wait until the fire is about to collect the juice, and serve
Tips:
I make vegetables, soy products, meat and other materials: most of them are bought in large supermarkets or vegetable farms
Winter melon has to be cooked before you can eat it!
