Roasted Winter Melon with Fermented Bean Curd

1. Cut winter melon into pieces.

2. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Add some soup to the fermented bean curd and mix well.

4. Heat up the wok and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, garlic slices and saute.

5. Add the winter melon cubes and stir fry evenly.

6. Pour the fermented bean curd and stir fry.
