Rock Sugar Hawthorn

The easiest way is to use a nuclear removal tool, you can remove the nuclear directly

If you don’t have a nucleating tool at home, find a pen cap or a ball-point pen holder, clean the cap, insert the smooth end into the nucleated part of the hawthorn, and poke hard to remove the nucleus

Use a knife to cut the hawthorn in half, and you can see that the hawthorn seeds are peeled off. Use the tip of the knife to gently remove the seeds, so that the hawthorn seeds are easily removed.

After removing the inner core of the hawthorn, wash thoroughly and drain the water

Put a little water and rock sugar in a stainless steel pot

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and slowly simmer until the hawthorn is soft and rotten. In the meantime, it should be turned frequently to avoid sticking the pot, and it should be boiled until it is sticky.
