Green olives are slightly bitter, and many people are not used to eating them. I have made olives before, which can greatly reduce the bitterness. Ingredients

Rock Sugar Olive Water

1. The olives are soaked in brine for 5 minutes and washed. Use a knife to separate the olive pit from the pulp

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add olive pits and pulp to boil over high heat and simmer on low heat until 15-20 minutes

3. Finally add rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes
