Broccoli Omelette

Eggs, beaten egg whites, add milk or soy milk, a few drops of cooking wine, a little salt

Heat oil in a small flat-bottomed non-stick pan (the pan is best to be put in the oven without a wooden handle), put the broccoli, and fry for 3 minutes on medium heat

Pour in the egg mixture, fry on low heat for 3 or 4 minutes, be careful not to fry, turn off the heat

Preheat the oven to the first level of baking

Put the pan in the oven and bake for 2, 3 minutes, until the egg mixture is all set.
6.
If you don't have an oven, just flip the broccoli quiche and fry it for another 1,2 minutes.
