Rock Sugar Yellow Peach

Prepare the yellow peaches, wash and peel them, I choose the kind of yellow peach that is a bit sour raw, so that it will be sour and sweet when cooked with rock sugar.

The yellow peach is pitted and cut into pieces. Prepare a few pieces of rock sugar. You can add more if you like sweetness, and less if you don't like sweetness.

Add water to the pot, add rock sugar and brown sugar, and cook for about 20 minutes.
