Romantic Valentine's Day: Starry Sky Yokan

Put the red bean paste and water into the milk pot and cook until combined, then pour in the Hantian powder and stir evenly

Pour the cooked red beans into the prepared mold to solidify

After it has solidified, prepare the milk layer, put the milk and Hantian powder into the milk pot and boil

Pour the boiled milk on the bean paste layer and wait for it to solidify

Then prepare the light blue layer, put the water, pigment (blue-green), white sugar and Hantian powder into the milk pot and boil

Pour on top of the milk layer, sprinkle with the right amount of minced coconut

For the final dark blue layer, pour the ingredients into the milk pan and boil

Pour it on the light blue zen, when it is almost solidified, sprinkle with coconut paste
9.
Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for about 1 hour, take it out and enjoy

1. For 4 cups, just multiply the following ingredients by 2
2. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your preference
