Put milk powder, cornstarch, and yogurt together and stir.

Add 50g of protein to lemon juice and powdered sugar, (you can eat it or not) the protein is sent to the inverted triangle state.

Add the egg whites to the yogurt paste in two batches, stir up and down and mix well. This part can't be mixed for too long or too many times, it will be easy to defoam.

Put the mixed yogurt paste into a piping bag and squeeze it on the baking tray. (The oven is preheated at 90 degrees in advance and bake for an hour).
Tips:
The temperature still needs to be adjusted according to your own oven conditions. Each oven has a different temper, and you need to control the time and temperature yourself.
