Tips:
1. Because I have children in my family, the amount of sugar in the formula is not too much. Those who like sweets can put more rose sauce or rock sugar powder.
2. I like to use ancient rock sugar powder instead of white sugar, because the old rock sugar is warm in nature, nourishes the middle energy, nourishes the stomach and lungs, relieves cough and reduces phlegm, nourishes yin and promotes fluid, which is much better than white sugar.
