Rose Bean Paste Gnocchi
1.
Take a small bowl and put the red bean paste (the red bean paste made by myself is light in color) in the bowl and add the rose filling with sugar (I bought the rose sugar is very pure, special, dry, special thick, and need to be torn small pieces). At the same time, the rose candy that I bought was very fragrant, so I put a tablespoon of it. It happened that there were some hairy kernels at home, and I put a bit of it. It tastes good if I don’t have it at home.
2.
Put the glutinous rice flour in a small bowl and leave some cornstarch. Use hot water and hot water to heat the noodles. You can use hot water to mix the noodles while pouring the water. Do not put too much water and make a non-sticky dough. One of the dough is boiled and taken out and then blended into the noodles for bonding
3.
Make the fillings into small balls and then make the glutinous rice balls into smaller balls larger than the fillings. Press the glutinous rice balls into flat fillings.
4.
Wrap them one by one like buns and roll them in dry flour to prevent sticking
5.
Bring the water to a boil on a high fire. Put the dumplings one by one. Push the water with a spoon to prevent the adhesions from floating. Change to a low heat and cook for about 3 minutes.
6.
Take it out and add another spoonful of water. It’s a bit dark. It’s because the glutinous rice balls are on the hand and the red bean paste sticks to the outside. It’s nothing to eat by yourself.
Tips:
When the filling is dry, it won’t stick to the skin. If there is no rose sauce and red bean paste filling, it’s delicious. Make it yourself, it’s taste can be mastered by yourself. I have time to study and study how to make fruit fillings. I have fallen in love with making glutinous rice balls.
