Rose Candy Bun

Put warm water in the container where the yeast powder is poured to dilute.

Put the diluted yeast powder in the flour and stir until there is no dry powder, knead the dough and seal it in a warm place for fermentation.

It will ferment for about 90 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll it into a pie shape and wrap it with a mixture of dried roses and sugar.

The seal is rubbed in the hand, with the seal facing down.

Put it in a steamer to ferment for about 15 minutes and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
The water in the second fermentation steamer must be heated.
