Rose Donkey-hide Gelatin Cream

Prepare the ingredients

Crush the donkey-hide gelatin and soak it in rice wine for 3 days

Heat the soaked donkey-hide gelatin in water until it melts completely (the soaked rice wine is not poured out, and melted together in water)

Add crushed rock sugar (the rock sugar must be crushed, it is best to use rock sugar powder)

After the rock sugar is completely melted, add sesame seeds

Add chopped walnuts and chopped red dates

Stir evenly, simmer in water for half an hour, stir a few more times during the whole process, do not cover the whole process, use low heat throughout the process

Add the rose flower into pieces, stir evenly, turn off the heat, and don't splash water in the donkey-hide gelatin during the whole process.

Find a square heat-resistant container and cover it with silicone oil paper (please don’t choose poor quality oil paper!); pour in the boiled Ejiao paste and press it smoothly

After letting cool, cover with the lid, put it in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours; pour out the hardened donkey-hide gelatin paste
11.
Tear off the greased paper and cut into small pieces

It is recommended that about 1-2 tablets per day, usually kept in the refrigerator
