Rose Donkey-hide Gelatin Cream

Crush the donkey-hide gelatin and soak it in rice wine for 3 days

Heat the soaked donkey-hide gelatin in water until it melts completely (the soaked rice wine is not poured out, and melted together in water)

Add crushed rock sugar (the rock sugar must be crushed, it is best to use rock sugar powder)

After the rock sugar is completely melted, add sesame seeds and chopped walnuts

Add the chopped red dates, stir evenly, simmer in water for half an hour, stir a few more times during the whole process, do not cover the whole process, use low heat throughout the process

Add the crushed roses

Stir evenly, turn off the heat, and don't splash water in the donkey-hide gelatin during the whole process.

Find a square heat-resistant container and cover it with silicone oil paper (please do not choose oil paper of poor quality, see the text at the end of the article for more methods)

Pour in the boiled donkey-hide gelatin paste, press it evenly, let it cool, cover with the lid, and refrigerate for more than 24 hours
10.
Pour out the hardened donkey-hide gelatin paste and tear off the greased paper
11.
Just cut into small slices, it is recommended to about 1-2 slices a day, usually refrigerated and preserved
