Rose Fried Dumplings

Prepare dumpling fillings and dumpling wrappers in advance; take 4 dumpling wrappers and place them as shown;

Spread dumpling stuffing;

Roll from one end to the other;

Use clean water to stick the seal firmly; then arrange the "petals" and the rose dumplings are ready;

Make all the remaining dumpling skins, 32 dumpling skins, and 8 rose dumplings;

Thai sour chili is mixed with a little water; the shallots are chopped into chopped green onions;

Heat a little vegetable oil in a non-stick pan; add rose dumplings and fry until the bottom is slightly browned;

Pour in a small amount of water and close the lid; when you hear the sound of "呲呲呲" in the pot, remove the lid and pour in the water; repeat this 3 times; when the water is boiled and the dumplings are cooked, pour the Thai style Chutney sauce; sprinkle with chopped green onion;
10.

Tips:
1. The rose dumplings are relatively large and need to be fried in 3 times; otherwise, they will not be cooked thoroughly;
