Rose Ham Crisp Roll

Cut the ham slices in half.

Cut the puff pastry into long and uniform strips.

Fold the ham slices one by one and stick them on the puff pastry.

Then roll up the puff pastry strips. Close the mouth and smear the egg liquid to fix it.

Place the rolled roses on the baking tray, adjust the shape, and brush the noodles with whole egg liquid. If the ham you are using has a weak taste, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of ham and crushed black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
