Rose Meringue

After removing the seeds from the apples, cut them into 2mm thick apple slices.

Soak the apple slices in salt water for ten minutes.
It can also be soaked in lemonade.

Spread the soaked apple slices flat on a baking tray, sprinkle with brown sugar powder, put in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.

During baking, the puff pastry can be processed.
Divide the puff pastry into two.

Use a rolling pin on the left and right sides of the puff pastry, roll it out and set aside. Roll it out as long as possible.

Beat the eggs evenly.

Spread the egg liquid on one side of the meringue.
(At the time of this step, Apple was already out.)

Arrange the apples on the side of the puff pastry. Half of the apple slices should be on the outside so that they look good when rolled up.
(You can put more apple slices on the puff pastry if you roll it longer, and the flower will be bigger.)
9.
Fold the puff pastry on the other side and coat with egg wash.
10.
Roll it up from left to right, don't roll it too tight, but loose it.
11.
The rolled pastry should be coated with egg liquid around the pastry.
12.
Put the finished pastry into the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
