I am a southern coastal person who only knows seafood but not milk tea☕️. I drank a cup of fragrant milk tea last week. I felt that there were too many additives and felt uncomfortable. So I searched for the method of milk tea, so I tried to make it these few days. I had the courage to drink a cup of breakfast every day, and it turned out that I was a person who had gastrointestinal problems when drinking milk on an empty stomach. Not only did I drink it, I felt very comfortable. However, I was worried that there would be any problems with the milk tea I made like this? And only ask for advice from the gourmet celebrities passing by! "

Rose Milk Tea

1. Take appropriate amount of Yunnan black tea and roses.

2. Add about 250ml of boiling water, put it in the milk pot and cook for a while.

3. Pour into the teapot.

4. Strain the tea.

5. Take a box of pure milk.

6. Add milk to the tea.

7. Slowly simmer on a low heat, stirring while cooking, to prevent the pot from getting muddy, and boil to a small boil.

8. Turn off the heat and cook.

9. Served with egg yolk meat dumplings, and enjoy it beautifully.

Tips:

When making milk tea, be sure to stir it while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
