Rose Soy Sauce Chicken

Remove the chicken from the ground and wash it (I don’t like chickens with a lot of meat. This chicken has only 2.1 catties. Choosing a good breed of chicken is half the battle)

Soy sauce, rose wine, honey, apple in the main seasoning

All seasonings (except rose wine) are boiled in a saucepan, and the apples are cut into small pieces and added to it

Put the chicken in the sauce, simmer it on low heat, pick up the chicken about 3 times in the middle (without cold water or the like), let it cool a little each time, then put it in and cook, turn off the heat after 30 minutes.
