Summer is here, and many people are prone to heatstroke and get angry in the hot weather. In fact, there is a summer wild vegetable called "andrographis paniculata" in diet therapy, which is delicious and simple.

1. Andrographis, sesame sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, pepper oil, garlic, red pepper, chives and other preparations

2. Washed andrographis hot water blanching water

3. Take out the cold water and cut into sections for later use

4. Mince garlic, cut red pepper into circles, mince green onion

5. Pour vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, salt, minced garlic, red pepper rings, chopped green onion, and water into the sesame sauce and mix well in a clockwise direction. Add water little by little, not too much at a time.

6. Pour the mixed sesame sauce on the Andrographis paniculata and mix well.

Tips:

After blanching the Andrographis paniculata, immediately remove the cold water to keep the color of Andrographis paniculata in emerald green, and the taste is crisp and tender.
