Rum Pineapple Popsicles

Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Add 20 grams of caster sugar to the pineapple puree and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add 15 grams of rum and stir well. Then pour them into popsicle molds and put them in the refrigerator to freeze. It is easy to demold by flushing the mold under cold water before demolding.
