Sago Milk Tea

Prepare materials. There is no standard for this amount. I used 4 boxes of pure milk.

Put water in the pot and boil.

Pour sago.

Cook for 10 minutes, cover and stuff for 20 minutes.

Remove the cold water for later use.

Strain the black tea leaves with water, put them in a pot and stir-fry them over low heat.

Add rock sugar.

Stir-fry over low heat until the sugar melts.
9.
Fry until caramel color.
10.
Add milk and stir while cooking.

Boil.

Strain the tea leaves.
13.
Join sago. The sago milk tea is ready. You can also add cooked red beans and refrigerate them in the refrigerator to taste better!
