Spiced Tea Egg

Wash the eggs, put in cold water and boil for about 12 minutes

Break the eggshell

Put the eggs in the pot, add sliced green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried red pepper, peppercorns, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and tea leaves

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
5.
Pour into a container and soak for a few hours
