When traveling in Wenzhou, you can eat a local special delicacy in "Tianyijiao": Sakura distilled small round balls, glutinous small round balls, light sweet-scented osmanthus wine, light and distinctive taste. Back in Shantou, my friend just gave me a bottle of Sakura Wine. On a whim, why not have a bowl of Sakura Wine Stuffed Dumplings?

Sakura Fermented Rice Ball

1. Prepare candied cherry blossoms.

2. Put 5 cherry blossoms in a cup and brew them with warm water.

3. Pour the glutinous rice flour into a basin and pour 55 grams of boiling water into it.

4. And into dough.

5. Add a little red pigment (or a little red yeast powder).

6. Knead it well and knead it into small balls of 1 gram each.

7. Bring to a boil in cold water.

8. Add the small balls and cook until the small balls come up and cook for another minute.

9. Scoop it up and put it in a bowl.

10. When Xiao Yuanzi is not too hot, pour the cherry blossom wine.

11. Decorate with soaked cherry blossoms.
