Sakura Yogurt Mousse

2 slices of gelatin 10g soak in cold water to soften

Put the caster sugar into the soaked gelatin

Heat in the microwave to melt, it will melt in about 10 seconds

Add a little macaron pink color powder and mix well. Use imported ones. A little bit is enough.

Fresh cheese (filtered from Caspian yogurt), stir well

Add gelatin solution and stir well

Pour into the silicone Kelilu mold to fill the mold, this weight can make 6 Kelilu molds

Put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and immediately demould it after taking it out. Wash the cherry blossoms and decorate
Tips:
The mousse made by filtering with yogurt is more delicious and not easy to melt after reducing the moisture.
