Eating a plate of salad for breakfast with tomato salsa makes the taste buds open. Vegetable fiber can help the gastrointestinal motility and is rich in various vitamins and nutrients.

Tomato salsa can be paired with bread in breakfast, and it is also very good as a tapas. In the morning, I don’t eat spicy, so I don’t add chili. Friends who like spicy can add chopped chili. Salsa is a tomato chili sauce from Mexico. It can be paired with local tapas, or it can be eaten with tortillas.

Ingredients

Salad with Tomato Salsa

1. Wash salad dishes and skewers of tomatoes, drain and set aside.

2. Pour balsamic vinegar into the bowl.

3. Pour olive oil into the bowl.

4. Mix black vinegar and olive oil evenly and set aside.

5. Cut 3 skewer tomatoes and yellow onion into small cubes, add dried parsley leaves and ground black pepper.

6. Add Himalayan rock salt.

7. Add 15ML olive oil.

8. Add lemon juice, or use white wine vinegar instead.

9. The remaining 2 tomatoes are cut into slices and the salad dishes, dried cranberries, and pine nuts are placed on the plate.

10. Pour vinegar sauce and tomato salsa when eating.

Tips:

-It is not recommended to substitute Chinese balsamic vinegar for Italian balsamic vinegar because the taste is very different.
-Tomato salsa can be eaten with a chopped pepper.
