Salami Heart Pizza
1.
Heat the milk slightly to about 40°, add baking powder, mix well, and let stand for 5 minutes.
2.
Add a little sugar and salt to the flour.
3.
Pour the milk with baking powder.
4.
After mixing it into a flocculent shape, start kneading the dough by hand.
5.
And into the dough, continue.
6.
Until the surface is smoother.
7.
Add olive oil and continue kneading.
8.
When the olive oil is completely absorbed, you can drop it a few times, and the crust will taste better.
9.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place. To twice as large.
10.
Grease the pizza pan.
11.
Roll out the fermented dough and evenly flatten it with your hands. Use a fork to pierce some small holes in the crust to avoid bubbling after baking.
12.
If there is no special round mozzarella for making cheese heart pizza, you can cut a large piece of mozzarella into small rectangular strips like I did.
13.
Make a circle around the pizza crust.
14.
Pull up the edge of the ice crust with your hands, step over the mozzarella strip and press it on the crust.
15.
Do it all.
16.
Then gently pull up the uncompressed area with your hands for shaping.
17.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza straw.
18.
Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella nibs.
19.
Sprinkle with green beans, corn kernels, and carrot kernels.
20.
Spread a layer of salami.
21.
Garnish with some green beans, corn kernels, carrot kernels, and mozzarella kernels.
22.
Put it into the preheated oven, 205°, 12-15 minutes. (According to your own oven temper)
