Salmon and Avocado Salad

Prepare the ingredients and wash them. Dice avocado, cut lettuce into small squares, and boil corn, green beans, and carrots. The quail eggs are cooked and cut in half, and the tomatoes are cut in half. Pull the chestnuts away.

Marinate the salmon with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper for a few minutes, then fry it in a pan until golden brown on both sides.

Plate. I just throw it casually, and it feels pretty good. Remember this order: put fruits and vegetables first, then salmon, croutons, and finally sprinkle with Thousand Island sauce.
