Salmon Cucumber Salad
1.
Wash the cucumber into thin slices with a tool

Squeeze the cucumber slices dry and place them in a basin

Boil an egg and cut it into small dices. I just used it as I happened to have a marinated egg at home

Salmon cut into small cubes

Add diced eggs

Add diced salmon

Ingredients for the sauce

Take a small bowl and add Thousand Island sauce, yellow mustard sauce and black vinegar and stir well

Pour the sauce on the ingredients
10.
Sprinkle with crushed black pepper
11.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, preferably chopped parsley
12.
Stir well when eating
Tips:
Adjust the ingredients of the salad by yourself, you can add some diced potatoes! The salmon can be marinated for a while with some salt and lemon juice!
