Salmon Egg Porridge

Slice ginger and spread on the bottom layer of the plate. Shred the onion and spread on top of the sliced ginger.

Wash the salmon, cut into pieces, and place on the shredded onion
3.
Steam on the pot for 10 minutes

Take out the salmon and break it up
5.
Put egg custard and minced salmon in the white porridge bowl
6.
Just stir evenly.
Tips:
Steam the salmon with shredded onion to remove the fishy smell.
