Salmon Fried Rice

1. Salmon peeled, pickled and diced

2. Add salt and pepper, squeeze a little lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Add salt, pepper and milk to the eggs and mix well

4. Pour the rice and mix well

5. Fill the hot pan with oil and fry the salmon

6. Add rice and peas and stir fry

7. Add roe after turning off the heat

Tips:

If the roe is heated for too long, the color and taste will change, so it’s best to turn off the heat before adding it
