Salmon Vegetable Roll

Cut the lemon into thin slices, the thinner the better.

Cut the salmon into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

Wash the chicory and drain the water.
4.
Wrap the chicory and lemon slices with salmon and roll them up.
5.
Place the rolled salmon on the plate and adjust the dipping sauce.
Tips:
1. It is best to use fresh salmon, so that the meat is more tender.
2. If you can't enjoy lemon slices, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, it will taste good.
