Salmon with Lemon Juice Xo Sauce

The salmon is pre-marinated with black pepper and a little salt overnight (I like to make it more flavorful).

Coat the surface with a thin layer of cornstarch before frying.

Fry both sides until golden brown. At the same time, put the ginger slices in and fry together until crispy, then set it aside.

Continue to use the oil in the pot to pour a spoonful of XO sauce to a boil.

At the same time, add the lemon juice and mix evenly and then add two spoons of sugar. (Taste the taste while adjusting, just moderate sweet and sour)
