Salmon with Sauce

Wash the salmon and control water for later use.

Heat oil in a pan and add salmon.
3.
Fry on both sides into a plate for later use.

Wash and chop onions.
5.
Add the oil in the pan, add the diced shallots and stir fry to create a fragrance.
6.
Then add black pepper, hoisin sauce, sweet noodle sauce and garlic sauce.
7.
Stir fry over low heat until the soup is thick.
8.
Just pour the fried sauce on the salmon.
Tips:
Olive oil is used here, if not available, ordinary cooking oil can be used instead.
Use low heat when frying fish.
