Salt and Pepper Cashews
1.
Prepare ingredients: a pot of cashew nuts
2.
Wash cashew nuts with boiling water (to remove dust and smell)
3.
Drain the water with a strainer
4.
Put cooking oil in the pot and heat to 80% heat. Pour the cashew nuts and turn them into a medium-low heat to fry. During this time, use a spatula to flip for a while, and fry until slightly browned, about 8 minutes. Will smell a bit burnt)
5.
Pick up the extra oil with special absorbent paper for the kitchen, sprinkle with salt and pepper powder while it is hot, and stir evenly
6.
After cooling, the cashews will become crunchy and fragrant. You can't finish the fried amount. After the cashews are cooled, use a clean container to seal them and you can eat them at any time.
Tips:
Salt and pepper powder or Huai salt powder can be used. If you don't have these two at home, you can make it yourself. Heat the pan without oil, put the salt powder down and stir-fry, add some star anise or add a little five-spice powder. Shovel it and sprinkle it on the cashews and stir evenly. Very delicious after cooling~
