Salt and Pepper Peanuts
1.
I used the red peanuts grown by my mother in my hometown. The rice grains are smaller and more delicious than other peanuts.
2.
Put it in cold oil (so that it won’t burn)
3.
Seeing that the oil in the pan heats up the peanuts and makes a crackling sound, you should use the smallest fire and use the spatula to keep fluctuating
4.
Seeing that the color becomes darker, the peanut skin is cracked so that it can be out of the pan, sprinkle a little salt and pepper noodles on the plate, and let it cool. It tastes more crispy.
Tips:
When using red peanuts to fry, the fire must not be big and the pan must be cooked in cold oil
