Salt and Pepper Red Shrimp

1. Prepare raw materials;

2. Fry the shrimp from the back and pull out the shrimp thread;

Tips:

1. The treatment of red shrimp: cut off the heads and hairs of the shrimp, then fry them from the back of the shrimp, pick out the shrimp string, wash it and marinate it with salt, ginger and white wine;
2. We should use more oil than usual to fry the shrimps. Pay attention to the surface moisture of the shrimps when they are placed in the pan to avoid oil splashing when putting them in;
3. Add green and red peppers and garlic and stir fry to make the taste more complex. After frying the aroma, add the fried red shrimp, stir fry and add salt and pepper. The amount of salt and pepper should be larger and sprinkle on both sides. On top and spread evenly.
