Wontons are not served as breakfast in our place. People usually eat more at noon. The cat’s ear wontons made today looked pretty when they were just wrapped. After cooking, the wonton skins are not fixed because of the thinness of the wontons.

Vegetable Meat Wonton

1. Prepare the ingredients needed to make wontons

2. Shrimp minced

3. Boiled vegetables, chopped

4. Put all the ingredients and all the seasoning together in the basin

5. Stir into a uniform wonton filling

6. Take out a piece of wonton wrapper and put the filling in the middle, then fold it in half at the wrong corner

7. Fold the ends of the wonton wrapper together

8. Wrapped cat ear wontons. Each has two small ears standing upright, right?

9. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil for days, then add the wontons and cook them and start eating

Tips:

To make this wonton today, I put a few shrimps to enhance the flavor, and added greens to solve the nutritional problem of the greens that Xiaobao needs today.
