Salt and Pepper Shrimp

Wash the pipi prawns in clean water and drain the water.

Cut green onion, slice ginger, smash garlic
3.
Pour 2/3 full camellia oil into the pot and heat the oil to 80% hot

Pippi shrimp poured in drained water

Remove all after frying for 30s

Turn on the fire again, reheat the oil to 80% hot, and re-fry the Pippi shrimp that was removed for 1 minute and remove it for use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute

Pour in the fried pipi prawns

Add salt and pepper according to personal taste

Black pepper powder, stir-fry evenly before serving
Tips:
1. When frying pipi prawns, be sure to drain the water as much as possible to avoid splashing of hot oil during frying.
2. The stove at home does not have enough firepower, so re-fry the Pipi shrimp once again, so that the outside is crispy and the inside is tender, and the umami flavor of the Pipi shrimp is fully preserved.
3. This dish is seasoned with salt and pepper and black pepper, and no additional salt is required.
