Salt and Pepper Small Conch

Soak the small conch with salt water and spit out the sand and then drain the water. Spread the sea salt in the baking dish.

Put the pepper and star anise in the microwave oven on high heat mode for 3 minutes.

Take out the sea salt after the microwave.
4.
Bury the small conch in the sea salt.
5.
Put it in the microwave and use high heat for 10-15 minutes to take out.
Tips:
1. The small conch you bought can be soaked in thick salt water for a long time to spit out the sand.
2. Drain the water from the washed small conch.
