Stir-fried Conch Meat with Leek

Wash the conch and cook, remove the meat, wash the leeks and cut into sections

Heat oil in the pan, add the conch meat and stir fry
3.
Add leeks and stir fry
4.
Stir fry with some delicious soy sauce
5.
Add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly
6.
Finally add some salt to taste
Tips:
Add the leeks and stir-fry twice and turn off the heat to prevent the leeks from becoming too hot.
