Salt and Pepper Small Yellow Croaker

Remove the scales and internal organs of the small yellow croaker

Add pepper, salt, cooking wine and a little lemon to marinate for 15 minutes

Drain the water before frying

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat the pan with hot oil (be sure to remember, this is a trick to ensure that the fish will not break), and fry the marinated fish in a medium-to-small fire until one side is set

Turn over and continue to fry until slightly yellow, sprinkle with salt and pepper while hot, and serve
