Salt and Pepper Yam Beans

The yam beans are rinsed until the water is clear and there is no mud.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the water to get rid of the smell of soil. Soak up the water with kitchen paper.

Raise the pan, pour the oil, heat to 50% hot, pour into the oil pan and fry, 5-6 minutes

Pick up, control oil.
5.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper while hot, and mix well.
Tips:
If you don’t want to deep-fry, you can steam it until cooked.
