Salt-baked Eagle Claw Shrimp

The eagle claw prawns use a toothpick to pick off the prawn threads and wash them.

Add salt, cooking wine, shredded ginger, and green onions, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Spread 1cm thick salt in the casserole and heat it over a low fire.

The marinated eagle claw shrimp is placed on kitchen paper to absorb moisture.
5.
Sprinkle the pepper on the salt and burn it on a small fire.
6.
After the pepper is fragrant, spread the eagle claw shrimp on top of the salt, cover and simmer for about 6 minutes.
7.
Remove the salt grains and place on a plate.
