Salt Grilled Crab

Wash and tie the hairy crabs and wipe off the surface moisture with kitchen paper

Put hairy crabs on a long and slightly wider foil, and sprinkle a small handful of sea salt on the back

Wrap it, do not seal on both sides, and do not expose the crab's body. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes, put in the hairy crabs wrapped in tin foil, and bake for 40-50 minutes

When the crabs are cooked, remove the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes to dry the residual moisture on the surface and bring it out of the oven

Brush off the salt particles on the surface before eating (the salt-grilled crab does not need any dipping sauce)
