Salted Duck Egg Winter Melon Soup

Prepare winter melon, sweet corn and salted duck eggs

Peel and remove the seeds of the winter melon, wash and slice, and cut the sweet corn into sections

Shell the salted duck eggs and cut them into pieces, prepare the ginger slices

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the winter melon under the hot oil and stir-fry until the color changes, add salt and stir well

Add water, add sweet corn

Tips:
Salted eggs have a salty taste, so reduce the amount of salt when adding salt to avoid excessive saltiness.
