Salted Duck Liver

Tips:
Duck liver is a detoxification organ, so it must be rinsed with water when you buy it. Put it in a container and soak in water for 3 hours and change the water 4 times. If the weather is hot, keep it fresh in the refrigerator, otherwise it will stink.
