Tips:

The steaming time is related to the thickness of your meatloaf, generally about 2cm steaming for 15 minutes, mine is thicker, so take a long time and master it yourself!
I didn't add salt to this mashed meat. I used half of the egg whites, because the light soy sauce will be poured at the end, so the early seasoning must not be salty!
